The toolbar can be configured to allow quick access to Views. To add a
view onto the toolbar, it must have an image associated with it (see the
sections titled List Views
and/or Calendar View under Views).
Select File->Organizer Properties from the main menu. Then select the
"Advanced" tab. The dialog shown in Figure 12.1 should appear. In this
tab, the user can add and remove views from the toolbar, and re-arrange
them to be displayed in the desired order. Select the view to be added
from the list on the right side of the Toolbar configuration panel, and
click the
button.
Inversely, to remove a view from the toolbar, select the view from the
list on the left side of the Toolbar, and click the
button.
In Figure 12.1, Calandar, Contacts, TODOs, and Passwords will appear on
the toolbar. Annual Events, Birthdays, Job Search 12/08 Contacts, and
Personal Contacts will not appear on the toolbar.
In addition, the order of the toolbar icons can be changed by selecting
the item you want to move from the selected items, and clicking either
the
or
the
button
until the item is positioned where you would like.
