Later you will learn about views
in detail. This section shows you how you can create and edit records
within a view, such as within a list view or calendar view. After you
learn about views, you will learn hot to get quick access to views by placing
them on the toolbar.
There are three ways to create a new record within a view:
1) Click on the
button
at the bottom of the view.
2) Right click an existing record and select "Add Record" from the popup
menu.
3) Double click in the whitespace at the end of a list (or end of a cell
within a calendar).
