ZxApp IT Status Update

Hi All,

We are working hard at preparing version 1.0.6 for release. We have a number of big improvements coming, and some major bug fixes. There will be dozens of tweaks to improve usability/productivity. Version 1.0.6 will reduce memory consumption by around 30%. We addressed the Color Chooser Dialog, which has been a major usability issue. We are creating a cross-platform version of the application, appropriately branded ZxApp IT XPlat. It will utilize the excellent IzPack installer and require that Java 1.6+ be installed on a system. Since the XPlat variation does not have an embedded JRE, it will be a substantially smaller download. Of course, the existing install will continue to be supported. Lastly, we plan to submit ZxApp IT to TUCOWS for review in the coming weeks.
